Closure of in-shop services

Wednesday, November 25, 2020 will be the last day our office will be open to the public for walk-in support. Clients with existing contracts and businesses not yet in a contract can still schedule needs as appropriate by appointment. Any customer who has a system in our shop currently being worked on will still be able to pick up the unit once completed.

We will no longer be offering onsite support to residential addresses, though some exceptions may apply solely at the discretion of management. Again, clients with existing contracts and businesses not yet in a contract can still schedule needs as appropriate by appointment.

While remote support is still available, in some cases, services are unable to be performed via remote means. We had compiled a list of potential options to go to in lieu of our availability, but since we made that list, some have either closed their doors or become overwhelmed with referrals. We would encourage you to reach out to your friends and family to find a recommendation from them.

We realize this may come as a surprise to many of you as we have maintained supporting walk-ins through the initial lockdown(s) and adjusted accordingly. Our staff have followed strict protocols and remained (mostly) healthy because of it. With the rise of COVID-19 cases, and instances of unnecessary and disrespectful behavior by a few, management has decided that we will no longer risk the safety of our staff to accommodate walk-in service.

We would like to thank you for your past support and belief in us and our business. While we may no longer serving some of you – we appreciated the opportunity to do so in the past. We will be discussing returning to being open for walk-in traffic in 2021, but there are no promises.
