Welcome!
After the selling the asset’s of of my previous company (Computer Source NW), I’ve been busy developing classes at The Reed Advantage, as well as continuing to support a handful of loyal customers. Many more have hunted me down and humbly requested I continue to be their computer geek as well – and for that, I thank you. I will continue to provide the level of customer care and technical assistance you have come to expect from me.
If you are a potential new client and looking for a IT professional you can trust, welcome! Whether you were referred by one of my existing clients, or stumbled over here by yourself, I encourage you to please take a few minutes and Google me (including my previous business) and decide if I would be a good fit for your needs. I can easily tell you true things you’ve likely read before, such as I’m trustworthy, competent in my skills, knowledgeable, efficient in my work, etc., but frankly, anyone with a website can spout off whatever accolades they desire with the hopes of you blindly believing them. Instead of insisting you take my word for it, I figure most would desire to be informed. So, do your own homework on me, (Adrian Santangelo, former owner of Computer Source NW) and decide for yourself. Although you certainly can’t please everyone, I’m confident you’ll discover the good things!
I am always willing to speak to you about your technology needs, whether it be regarding that laptop purchase you’re finally read for, that incessant notification that insists you’re infected and need to spend oodles of $$$ to fix it, moving your business off an outdated server and migrating your organization to Google Apps, networking your home or business to easily share files and printers, checking to make sure your priceless data is truly safe because that backup you did really worked, speeding up that system you turn on before getting your coffee to kill time, (the list can go on, but I’m sure you get the idea): If you have a question, please contact me and I will do my best to answer it on the spot or get back to you in a timely fashion. Do keep in mind, I answer my own email rather then outsourcing them, and due to occasional high volumes and busy days, it may take me a day or so to get back to you. If your need is ever urgent, or you can’t/don’t want to email (because your system is down!), please feel free to call me at (360) 610-7722. Thanks much and hope to speak to you soon!
